Hiradio & Iradio Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Hiradio & Iradio’s refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase of the two-way radio, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your two-way radio must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (including no scratches on the body and all accessories intact). It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases (two-way radios and related accessories are excluded from this category and only follow the exclusive return requirements for two-way radios).

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, you are required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the two-way radio or related accessories directly to the manufacturer.

Situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use (if any books such as instruction manuals are included with the two-way radio purchase)
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records (if any audio-visual products are bundled with the two-way radio)
  • Two-way radios or their accessories that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Two-way radios and related products returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item (two-way radio and related accessories) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have confirmed receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund application.

If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately, and the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment account within the specified working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again;Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted;If the refund still does not appear, please contact your bank (there is usually a fixed processing period for refunds to be credited);If you have completed all the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hiiradio.com.

Sale Items

Only two-way radios and related products sold at regular prices are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if the two-way radio or its accessories are defective or damaged during transportation. If you need to exchange it for the same two-way radio or related accessory, please send an email to support@hiiradio.com to inform us, and send the item to the following address: support@hiiradio.com (Note: Usually, the return address is a physical mailing address. We recommend that you confirm whether this address is a valid receiving address. Please feel free to inform us if adjustments are needed).

Gifts

If the two-way radio or related product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card of equal value after returning the item. We will mail the gift card to you once we receive the returned product;If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product (two-way radio and related accessories) to reach you may vary.

If you are returning high-value two-way radios or related accessories, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Hiradio & Iradio does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
